Please note the following information, which will help you to understand the relationship and benefits.

  • Stay active in the myWCU system while abroad

  • Use WCU financial aid (loans or grants) for IAU program fees

  • All program fees (application fee, program deposit, and final charges) are paid to IAU.

  • WCU loans and grants can be used to cover these expenses.

  • WCU registration fee:  $100

  • The WCU Registration fee is an administrative fee charged to all study abroad students on partner programs.  In addition to the Study Abroad Office services outlined on this page, it also allows students to use all of the campus resources while abroad (e.g. email, financial aid, pre-registration access, library services, and so on).

Transcripts

  • IAU sends transcripts directly to the CIP after the program ends.

  • CIP will submit the transcripts to the WCU Registrar.
